And I thought my job was dangerous!
Glad we don't have Fire Poles in my station.

Well, she's got the judgment in her favor. Now all she needs is for the owners of the strip club to be honest enough to pony up the money instead of declaring bankruptcy or some other ploy.
I'd not be holding my breath if I were her.
Loved your response to the exotic dancer!! :) Thank you for the reply to mine but I doubt we'll be playing that game anytime soon - but thank you :)
I'm going to email Erin ... I have a question for you and I just want your opinion.
Oops ... thought I had her on my address list :(
Would you mind emailing me at luvoftruth@yahoo.com? It's apologetic stuff I'm having trouble with. I would GREATLY appreciate it.
Take care and tell Erin I said "hi".
If she only belonged to a union she wouldn't have to work under such dangerous conditions.
What do you think Pyro?

There may be some truth to that. Though I would tend to believe that that type of dancing would be considered by both parties, (labor and management) to be an acceptable job hazard that is necessary for the performance of normal duties. Personnel unable to perform the task would just not be able to have the job.
What would be taken care of however is the way the management didn't have proper insurance which in turn left the employee at risk and with no recourse but to sue.
I wonder if they have a safety committee?
